  here are some picture in my neighborhood.. our house was not affected.

  there is possibly more flash flooding expected tonight.. in the picture below our house sits at the bottom right corner about 2 blocks out of frame.

  the first draft they prepared had a typing error, and nevada sent the draft back to the jws for correction.

  Tenyearsafter – I was working Wednesday and Thursday in Monument. I left early Thursday when the flooding started. Luckily that area was just wet. I heard another 2 inches of rain is expected between tonight and tomorrow. I moved here from the Olympia WA are and I feel like I’m back with all the rain. Im ready for this to be over.

  My neighbors are getting fed up with the looting. That’s another reason why I came home yesterday. There is a report that 2 teens were arrested in connection to the looting.

  Back home now. The entrance to our community is under almost 3 feet. So far our immediate neighborhood is currently dry. Tomorrow afternoon and Sunday all day its supposed to rain with possible flash floods in the area.

  I came home because we were told the water was back on. Its not. It was apparently on for about an hour.

  I think it would have to flood alot more for our house to be affected. We're on a slight hill.

  ARVADA - Blunn Reservoir is spilling over as of Friday morning.

  Ralston Creek also could potentially flood, according to Arvada Police.
